Cannes Film Festival 2013

I have been looking forward to seeing what the stars choose to wear on the red carpet at Cannes - and so far they have not disappointed! I adore this Dior Couture dress worn by Nicole Kidman yesterday.

The Demi Lune Cabinet

Baz Luhrmann's adaptation of The Great Gatsby, which opens the Cannes Film Festival this week, has really caught my imagination. The glamour of the Roaring Twenties has had so many lasting influences on fashion and design, and items from my own collection are no exception. I particularly think the Demi Lune Cabinet would fit in rather well in Gatsby's home!

Trevilion & Pascal Console Tables

We have some beautiful new furniture arriving in the showroom this month, and these two console tables are already firm favorites with the team. The Trevilion has a metal frame with a leather covered top, while the Pascal has an antiqued gold frame and eel skin top - drop by and take a look if you in the area...

Bank Holiday Weekend - 'Light Show' Exhibition, Southbank Centre

I am always interested in light and the way it can be used to alter the look and feel of a room, so the 'Light Show' exhibition is the perfect indulgence for me this bank holiday weekend.

Catch it at the Hayward Gallery in the Southbank Centre, before it finishes next Monday the 6th of May.

Spring Decorative Fair in Battersea...

I am hoping to get out of the office to enjoy this gorgeous sunshine, and to pop into the Spring Decorative Fair in Battersea. There is masses to see including some inspirational antiques and statement design pieces!

New French Ceramics

We have some beautiful new French ceramics just arriving in the showroom in shades of dove grey, duck egg, antique white and stone.

We are filling them with bunches of twigs and willow - Spring might finally be making an appearance....
